Summary:

The position is responsible for managing, creating, implementing, and supporting Global and Department Quality Initiatives for the Technology Service Group on all Aristocrat Products. The role is committed to the mission and principles of Aristocrat and the Technology Service organization. The Quality Analyst ensures that the Technical Services Organization is aligned with Aristocrat’s Quality objectives, business objectives, revenue goals, and ensure all products meet Aristocrat Global Quality Standards. This role will manage multiple, concurrent quality projects at any given time.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise employees

  • Communicates with team and Director on quality objectives and Initiatives.

  • Direct, mentor, and coach assigned employees through regular one on one feedback, performance appraisals, and recognition program

  • Along with the Quality Director, manage the Quality initiative, product rollouts, and resources. Recommend and lead actions for future strategies for the department to take to improve quality, reduce costs, reduce quality issues, and increase productivity.

  • Build a high performing quality team through development, coaching, stretch goals, professional training, special assignments, rewarding, and recruiting top talent.

  • Manage Quality Review of new products

  • Develop Quality Documentation

  • Develop Quality Implementation for each product

  • Disseminate all quality information and documentation to the Technology Service Stakeholders and workforce

  • Standardize all quality process and procedures

  • Manage, document, and escalate all quality issues identified in the field

  • Develop key metrics and statistics for all products in the field

  • Manage and implement all Global Quality Initiatives to Technology Service Department

  • Participate as a key member of Global Quality Team that provides input and feedback on Technology Services Quality metrics, issues, and initiatives

  • All other duties as assigned.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business, Quality Assurance or equivalent experience.

  • Must have strong analytical, problem identification and problem solving abilities.

  • Must be able to work independently.

  • Must have general technical and business knowledge sufficient to understand all factors affecting the project planning, execution and management.

  • Must have an understanding of supported products, infrastructure and methodologies.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must have strong communication skills and be team oriented.

  • Must be team oriented and able to work with internal and external groups (D&D, Compliance, Technology Services, Quality Teams, Marketing, 3rd Party Partners, etc.) to resolve issues across global cultures and different time zones.

  • The ability to work well with others and to perform in a team environment is essential. Able to clearly communicate with cross-functional team, customers, vendors. Willingness to mentor others.

  • Must be an agent of change and be able to influence leadership and personnel from other departments in order to meet positional requirements.

 

Nice to haves: (We would LOVE if you have)

  • Gaming experience

  • 5-7 years of related manufacturing and Quality Assurance experience

  • Experience with ERP quality modules

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

 

Job Requirements

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or its equivalent work experience.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the industry of Casino Gaming, Field Service, or its equivalent.
